Deprecate `fuse.env.agent`

FuseJS doesn't use fuse.env.agent internally. Should we deprecate and remove it?

    We need to keep it because there may be some cases where it is needed (when feature testing deadends). We should keep it so that devs don't have to cook up their own hacky sniffs.

    Sounds good. Alternatively, what do you think about replacing the current platform detection code in fuse.env.agent with Benchmark.platform? I think it's a little more reliable than what we currently have...
