Rename fuse.dom.Element#insertBefore, insertAfter, prepend, and append

Rename fuse.dom.Element#append to
appendChild
Rename fuse.dom.Element#prepend to
prependChild
Rename fuse.dom.Element#inertAfter to
appendSibling
Rename fuse.dom.Element#insertBefore to
prependSibling
And add unit tests for these methods.

I think that prototypes Element#insert should also be available + prototype don't expose Element._insertionTranslations for adding extensions to insert. It will be nice if FuseJS have such functionality.
p.s. If something like _insertionTranslations is exposed methods like insert({into:element}) insert({instead:element}) could be added

FuseJS's API goes from convenient/overloaded to very specific.
I plan on keepingfuse.dom.Element#insertas the convenient but not necessarily speedy option. -
